This charter defines operating cadence and forcing functions, not strategic truth. If cadence conflicts with pursuing a structurally superior opportunity, opportunity quality prevails.

Why — Build a Highly Impactful, Profitable Company

Project TBD exists to build a lucrative and strategically impactful company by operating at the intersection of technology, industrial capacity, and geopolitical relevance.

How — Inductive, Constraint-Driven Design

Define tight constraints, study where pressure accumulates in critical systems, and design products that resolve those constraints in commercially dominant ways.

Non-Negotiable Constraints

  • Software-first initial wedge
  • Clear economic buyer
  • Plausible revenue within ~24 months
  • Structural leverage over coordination, pricing, or risk

What — A Company

The output is a specific company with a defined product, a buyer with purchasing power, a credible path to early revenue, and a defensible position.

Operating Principle

Progress is measured by clarity and conviction, not artifact completion. If a press release can be written but the idea fails Kill Criteria, it is discarded.
