Clarify: RMA-process horizontal-automation research brief

Questions asked:

  • Report lens? → Horizontal AI-automation platform for RMA processes cutting across industries (NOT the financial-wedge lens). Dustin reframed mid-clarify: current hypothesis is an AI-enabled automation workflow for RMA as a horizontal platform.
